1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on hl777 or otherwise accesses and uses the platform.

• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all platform timestamps, settlement deadlines, and promotion expiry times.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the hl777 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and hl777. They apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and the hl777 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion terms will prevail for the duration of that promotion.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the hl777 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and must continue to be satisfied throughout your use of the platform:

Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held in that account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, minus any bonuses already claimed.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on hl777. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether in your own name, under an alias, or via a third party — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. You must promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. hl777 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify hl777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

hl777 may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals above ৳10,000 or at any time at hl777's discretion. KYC documents typically include a government-issued national ID card or passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. Documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. hl777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

5 Deposits & Payments

hl777 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit at platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction ceilings.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your hl777 Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank card deposits may take up to fifteen (15) minutes to appear in your Balance during periods of high transaction volume. hl777 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5.2 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and will trigger an immediate Account review. hl777 reserves the right to reverse such deposits and suspend the Account pending investigation.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on hl777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. hl777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts; your Balance is held and displayed exclusively in BDT.

6 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time provided that: (a) your Account is in good standing and has not been suspended or flagged for investigation; (b) any applicable KYC verification has been completed; and (c) any wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds credited to your Account have been fully met.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

hl777 targets a withdrawal processing time of under four (4) minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions following approval by the payments team. Bank card withdrawals may take between one (1) and three (3) business days depending on the issuing bank. Processing times are measured from the point of hl777 approval and do not include any processing delays introduced by the recipient payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are as follows: bKash — ৳50,000 per transaction; Nagad — ৳50,000 per transaction; Rocket — ৳25,000 per transaction; Upay — ৳25,000 per transaction. Daily aggregate withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated via the Account withdrawal interface.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

7 Bonuses & Promotions

hl777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between the two, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account carry a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion terms, failing which the Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings will expire and be removed from your Balance.

7.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake towards the requirement. Live casino games, including Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack, typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports bets placed at odds of 1.5 or greater contribute 100%. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

hl777 monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a wagering-free profit; and exploiting errors in bonus credit systems. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be permanently suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

7.4 Welcome Bonus

New Players registering on hl777 may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The value, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry date of the welcome bonus are published on the promotions page and may be amended by hl777 at any time without prior notice. The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only; existing Players who close and reopen an account are not eligible.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on hl777 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

hl777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted until confirmed by the system and a unique Bet ID is issued. In the event of a technical failure before a Bet ID is generated, the bet will be treated as void and any staked amount returned to your Balance.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake on all sports betting markets is ৳50. The minimum stake on casino table games is set individually per game and displayed in the game interface. Maximum stake limits vary by market, game, and account status and may be adjusted by hl777 at any time.

8.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For all BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches: (a) matches abandoned before a result is reached under DLS or equivalent method will be settled as void unless the relevant governing body awards an official result; (b) live in-play bets accepted after the commencement of play will be settled on the official match result as declared by the ICC, BCB, or relevant tournament authority; (c) hl777 reserves the right to suspend a market at any time during a match if live data integrity cannot be confirmed.

8.4 Palpable Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — hl777 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the Player's Balance. Bets identified as having been placed with knowledge of an erroneous price will be voided without return of stake.

9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

hl777 is committed to providing a fair betting and gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other software tool designed to place bets without direct manual Player input.
• Collusion with other Players, casino dealers, or any third party for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies that are clearly inconsistent with the intended game mechanics or odds structure.
• Any form of arbitrage betting carried out with the intent to exploit promotional offers rather than to engage with the platform in good faith.
• Money laundering, fraud, or the use of the hl777 platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.

11 Intellectual Property

12 Limitation of Liability

hl777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms
